Position: VP of Revenue Cycle Management

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of Revenue Cycle Management leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, denials, eligibility, authorizations, and AR management
• Experience developing and tracking KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Experience with payer contract negotiations and reimbursement strategies
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and finance leadership
• Strong leadership and team development skills

Plusses:

• Healthcare or nonprofit accounting experience
• Experience creating authorization standards and payer dispute escalation processes
• Experience leading large-scale revenue cycle improvement initiatives

Day-to-Day:

This individual will oversee Meridian's entire revenue cycle operation, focusing on maximizing revenue, improving reimbursement, reducing denials, and driving long-term financial performance. They will work closely with clinical and operational leaders to improve documentation and insurance capture, negotiate payer contracts, monitor key revenue cycle metrics, establish process improvements, and mentor leaders across billing, credentialing, contracts, and utilization management teams while providing regular performance updates to executive leadership.
