Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
