Schedule: 4 Days Per Week | Monday – Thursday (Enjoy a guaranteed 3-day weekend every single week!)

Compensation: $21.00 – $26.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience)

Arrowhead Foothills Dentistry offers a state-of-the-art workspace combined with a close-knit, highly collaborative boutique feel. Our practice features 7 fully equipped operatories supporting a wide range of advanced treatment-including routine preventative care, SureSmile Orthodontics, CEREC same-day crowns, cosmetic transformations, dental implants, and anxiety-free sedation options (Oral & IV).

You will be joining an energetic, expert team consisting of 2 Doctors, 2 Hygienists, 4 Dental Assistants, and 2 dedicated front office staff members . We eliminate workplace politics and replace them with mutual accountability, genuine support, and celebration of each other's wins.

Key Responsibilities

• Elite Patient Connections: Greet, check in, and check out patients with exceptional warmth, charisma, and executive professionalism.

• Treatment Coordination & Case Presentation: Partner closely with Dr. Steele and Dr. Howard to confidently present comprehensive treatment plans. Review and explain insurance benefits, copays, deductibles, and coverage limitations with complete transparency.

• Insurance Navigation & Claims Master: Oversee accurate dental insurance verification, structural breakdowns, claim submissions, and rigorous aging report follow-ups to maintain a zero-leak billing workflow.

• Schedule Optimization: Actively manage and optimize the appointment book for maximum clinical efficiency, monitoring unscheduled treatment and proactively following up with patients to close loops on lagging care.

• Data & Ledger Integrity: Maintain precise accuracy in all patient records, financial ledgers, transactional documentation, and communication logs.

Required Qualifications (Strict Requirements)

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of direct, hands-on dental front-office experience is strictly required.

• Insurance Expertise: Proven, successful experience managing dental insurance verification, billing structures, and complex claim submissions is required.

• Core Competencies: A profound understanding of dental terminology, clinical appointment workflows, and patient financing strategies.
