Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing mental health evaluations through virtual consultations, effectively documenting client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A passing score in the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE) is necessary.

• Prior experience as a mental health counselor is essential, demonstrating a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR, to manage client documentation and treatment plans.

• Knowledge of co-occurring physical and emotional health conditions, as well as addiction disorders, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with the best practices set forth by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
