Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors to engage with clients via telehealth platforms in a flexible and efficient manner. Your primary working hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments via telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other professional modalities to effectively address mental health concerns.

• Document clinical sessions accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies while maintaining up-to-date patient records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health counselors in regular meetings to optimize patient care and treatment approaches.

• Engage in dedicated case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to continuous learning and the enhancement of service delivery quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment resources, and community support systems to foster a well-rounded approach to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
