Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the specific needs, strengths, and goals of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, tailoring your approach to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in California.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery principles, and effective evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in an addiction treatment context.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage patients empathetically and constructively.
