This position offers the convenience of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide exceptional care from the comfort of your home or suitable workspace. Flexible working hours are available, focusing predominantly on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some adaptability based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and community standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to enhance patient care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure the highest quality of therapeutic service delivery.

• Actively educate and support patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily engage with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license in California to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions effectively, with a strong commitment to individualized patient care.

Preferred Experience\n
