Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct educational and therapeutic group sessions tailored to meet the needs of students, encouraging active participation and engagement. Document patient goals and responses meticulously to track progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Actively participate in treatment-planning meetings to provide and receive feedback on student cases, ensuring cohesive strategies for individual treatment plans. Document updates comprehensively to reflect treatment progress and modify plans as necessary.

• Skillfully identify and address resistance and conflict, implementing appropriate interventions to facilitate constructive communication. Assist clients, including students, families, and educational staff, in recognizing and modifying counterproductive behaviors and coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with social work standards, documenting all assessments, interventions, and communication with parents and schools to ensure comprehensive care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that clearly outline each student's strengths, areas for improvement, and psychosocial needs, aiming for effective interventions that boost emotional and academic success.

Qualifications\n
