Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and preferences, continuously adjusting based on progress.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance engagement and understanding.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment that encompasses both therapeutic and pharmacological interventions.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, seek feedback, and stay informed on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals dealing with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in establishing rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
