Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, emphasizing clients' mental health improvements.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent state-issued license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not acceptable.

• Strong decision-making, treatment planning, and interpersonal skills necessary for effective client engagement.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate digital therapy platforms and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n
