The Drive-Thru Director is responsible for: The speed and accuracy of the Drive-Thru Coaching the behaviors of all Shift Leaders, Pacesetters and Team Members who work in the Drive-Thru. Those behaviors include: Proper bagging to ensure high-quality food Reinforcing the Core Four Create Eye Contact Share a Smile Speak with an Enthusiastic tone Stay Connected to Make It Personal Maintaining a clean and organized workplace Cash management best practices Implementation of innovations that will aid in improving Operational Excellence. Delivering weekly Drive-Thru performance reports to the leadership team Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Drive-Thru Team Members Aligning daily practices of the Drive-Thru with the Vision of the organization and with the annual Thematic Goal of the organization A job at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job.
