About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Engineering Engagement to play a pivotal role in advancing its software-led business transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading a new vision and operating model for delivering software and platform engineering capabilities as internal services to product teams. This includes overseeing the full product lifecycle, from intake and prioritization to delivery, adoption, and value realization, with a strong focus on internal customer success. The role is central to scaling the impact of the software organization, enabling product teams to consume shared capabilities more effectively, and accelerating innovation to deliver better business outcomes. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing team, establishing clear engagement and escalation paths, and driving stakeholder-aligned service delivery frameworks. Applicants for the Vice President, Engineering Engagement position at the company should have a current or prior VP-level experience, with a minimum of 15 years in technology and/or product management, including a significant background in people and product management. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in defining and implementing software or platform engineering service delivery models for multiple internal stakeholders. Strong technical and operational leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to build trusted executive relationships across product, engineering, and business leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, software, and AI ecosystems, and be adept at shaping intake, prioritization, and delivery models to ensure scalable, high-quality execution. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive, senior-executive-level content.
