Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Developing customized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs of each client, regularly assessing progress and adjusting methodologies as necessary.

• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.

• Establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, promoting trust and collaboration to facilitate positive change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of students and their families dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and developmental difficulties. You will play an essential role in helping them navigate these challenges and achieve their personal growth goals, which includes fostering resilience, emotional regulation, and successful coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably within private practice or school environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
