Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain an in-depth understanding of each client's mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans centered around evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions to students via our teletherapy platform, ensuring that all sessions are fully compliant with HIPAA regulations.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with your clients and consistently monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that client records remain up-to-date and are easily accessible.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss progress, share insights, and develop best practices in delivering mental health care.

Qualifications\n
