Senior Compensation Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing advanced analytical and consultative support for compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will translate complex data into technology-enabled solutions while collaborating with Finance and HR in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for job analysis, market pricing, and incentive compensation programs Design and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards to support compensation planning and decision-making Administer compensation platforms and optimize workflows through automation and process enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role related to Compensation, Human Resources, or Finance Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying and automation Experience with automation solutions using Power Automate and SharePoint
