Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients addressing a spectrum of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics.

• Design personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of clients, establishing clear objectives, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Respond to, assess, and provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing immediate mental health crises.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Ward Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually. In addition to a fee-for-service model that allows for financial growth through client caseload, we provide guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability for our clinicians.
