Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions online, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Monitor client progress and adjust therapy techniques and interventions based on evolving needs and feedback.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on addressing emotional challenges and promoting personal development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management strategies, share insights, and collaborate on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential, or the ability to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.

• At least two years of hands-on experience providing individual, family, or group therapy.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and software for virtual sessions.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and contribute to team discussions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
