Account Executive - SaaS Sales

Driving growth in the beauty industry, the full-time Account Executive - SaaS Sales will manage and expand mid-market accounts remotely, focusing on consultative sales conversations and delivering tailored software solutions to salon and spa owners. Key responsibilities Identify and develop opportunities by strategically engaging with salon and spa owners to optimize their operations Lead consultative sales conversations, conducting discovery sessions to tailor product demonstrations that meet client needs Manage full sales cycles from initial outreach to closing, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Required qualifications 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in the salon/spa or beauty technology industry Proven success in managing complex, consultative sales cycles for mid-market organizations Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred Familiarity with MedSpa operations, including scheduling and patient management, is a strong plus Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage sales opportunities
