General Description:

  • Assist Project Managers with special projects, reports, and departmental initiatives
  • Coordinate schedules, timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Maintain project documentation and progress tracking
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to ensure efficient department operations
  • Identify and escalate project barriers or delays when necessary
