Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, presenting concerns, and therapeutic goals.

• Gather and analyze patient history to inform treatment planning and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices to address interpersonal issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic objectives and help foster client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapies administered in accordance with professional guidelines and ethical standards.

• Engage in psychoeducation, imparting valuable insights and behavioral strategies to clients and their families to improve relational dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals and families facing various challenges, including relationship conflicts, parenting issues, communication barriers, and psychological distress. As a therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting clients from different cultural backgrounds and life experiences, utilizing approaches that resonate with their unique situations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field is required.

• A valid LMFT license to practice in Oregon is essential.

• Certification or specialization in one or more therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, narrative therapy, or communication therapy is preferred.

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual capabilities being a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
