Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to closely understand clients’ unique mental health concerns, laying the groundwork for effective treatment planning.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities tailored to individual needs, whether that involves cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic frameworks.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, consistently evaluating progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.

• Offer teletherapy services, understanding that many clients may prefer virtual sessions due to accessibility challenges or scheduling conflicts, ensuring they receive the crucial support they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Vermont as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
