Showroom Sales Manager – Hot Tubs, Swim Spas & Saunas Company: Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness About the Role: Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness is looking for a driven and personable Showroom Sales Manager to lead our San Antonio, TX retail showroom. In this role, you’ll be the face of the Southern Leisure brand—helping customers discover the perfect hot tub, swim spa, or sauna to elevate their backyard and wellness lifestyle. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the San Antonio showroom and maintain a top-tier customer experience. Engage walk-in and online leads with energy, professionalism, and confidence. Present and demonstrate premium hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas to potential buyers. Follow up with prospects, provide detailed quotes, and close high-ticket sales. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline to meet and exceed goals. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions and showroom events. Lead by example to inspire sales excellence within the showroom team. Qualifications: Proven success in consultative or high-ticket retail sales (e.g., luxury home goods, pools/spas, fitness, or similar industries). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills —you know how to connect and close. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM systems and managing follow-ups.
