Business Development Representative

$15 per hour

Nexplore is a national enrichment service provider with a mission to foster the joy of learning through 125+ STEAM, Life Skills, and Fitness solutions offered as after-school, in‑school, and summer programs. The Nexplore Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new partnership opportunities by connecting with schools, districts, and educational organizations nationwide. Through outbound outreach, lead qualification, and relationship‑building efforts, the BDR plays a critical role in expanding access to Nexplore's innovative enrichment programs and supporting the growth of our mission‑driven organization. This position reports to Sales Leadership and works closely with Regional Relationship Managers and other members of the sales team. Responsibilities Prospecting – Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, and approved communication channels to connect with school administrators, district leaders, after‑school program coordinators, and other educational decision‑makers. Pipeline Development – Research schools, districts, and educational organizations to identify prospective partners. Build, organize, and maintain prospect lists while gathering and verifying key contact information. Qualification – Engage prospective partners to understand their needs, assess fit, and identify opportunities for collaboration. Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls for the sales team. CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, prospect interactions, follow‑up actions, and sales pipeline data within the company CRM platform. Collaboration – Partner closely with Regional Relationship Managers and sales leadership, participate in team meetings and training sessions, and share insights gathered from conversations with prospective partners. In addition to joining a rapidly growing national educational enrichment organization, you will help expand access to impactful learning experiences for students across the country. You'll be part of a mission‑driven team dedicated to fostering the joy of learning while building meaningful partnerships with schools and communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about education, relationship building, and making a measurable impact through strategic outreach and partnership development.
