Our clinic operates during standard business hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic while serving students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement effective medication management plans, including ongoing monitoring of treatment efficacy and side effects.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, school staff, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive integrated care tailored to student needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to students experiencing emotional distress, employing trauma-informed care techniques.
• Engage in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness within schools and the broader community.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, offering psychoeducation and therapeutic support to students.
• Ensure all patient records are meticulously maintained in compliance with HIPAA regulations, guaranteeing confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits
