Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on detailed patient assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices that address the specific needs of each patient.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, rigorously monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary dosage adjustments to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services using various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic treatment approach, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of patient interventions.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, focusing on empowering them with self-care strategies and fostering understanding.

Compensation and Benefits
