Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.

• Deliver education on wellness and preventive measures, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health and lifestyle choices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will include caring for a diverse patient base, including families and adult patients across various ages and backgrounds. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing is required with an active Family Nurse Practitioner license.

Compensation and Benefits
