We are seeking a Billing Specialist to support our client's team.Created/Revised Date: 10/07/2026Anticipated Closing Date: 11/07/2026Job Title: Billing SpecialistLocation: Remote (US)The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $70.00 – 70.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 1 yearFLSA Status: Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (no time zone preference)Job SummaryServe as a front-line contact for high-volume customer billing and invoice-to-cash questions, owning each case from open to close within team SLAsOwn internal escalations from Sales and GTM teams, getting answers from Billing, Sales Ops, RevOps, Tax, and SupportWork directly with customers to get missing remittances, clarify details, and send clear responses until each issue is closedSupport Collections and Cash Application with payment research, unapplied cash investigations, and admin and transactional workReconcile customer ledgers across the payment processor, billing systems, and GL when payments, credits, or balances don't matchSpot recurring process and system gaps and flag them for fixesEscalate and track system configuration and engineering fixes until they're resolvedRequirements2–5 years of customer-facing experience in accounts receivable, billing operations, order to cash, finance operations, or high-volume customer operationsIntermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivots, and reconciliation logicExperience working a ticket or case queue and understanding how customer contracts translate into invoicesStrong attention to detail, with the ability to catch variances and mismatched invoice numbers or datesClear, professional written communication with customers and internal partnersExperience with Stripe, NetSuite, Tesorio, JIRA, or similar tools, plus exposure to SaaS or usage-based billing, preferredAble to work remotely in the US, manage a queue on your own, and reprioritize quickly; daily use of AI tools is a plusBenefitsEastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements .
