Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have a variety of responsibilities that contribute to our mission of enhancing client well-being. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients of various ages, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each individual’s unique needs.

• Utilizing a billing service to manage claims and handle client accounts, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care without the burden of administrative tasks.

• Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate, timely records in accordance with organizational and legal standards.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments and managing your calendar effectively to ensure that all clients receive the needed support consistently.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and foster a culture of mutual support and learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be crucial in helping clients navigate their emotional and social hurdles, leveraging therapeutic techniques to promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Currently hold an active LCSW license, allowing for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
