Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including crisis intervention strategies and positive behavioral support plans.

• Ensure timely, accurate documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, demonstrating compliance during licensing and accreditation processes.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to inform treatment decisions and monitor client progress.

• Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care and maintain open lines of communication with community partners and relevant service systems.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance service offerings and secure additional funding opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through conferences, educational opportunities, and representation at industry meetings.

• Promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions, contributing to the overall vision of improving mental health outcomes.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations and client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, reflective of experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes productivity bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits plan that encompasses health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as PTO, sick time, dependent care accounts, and a hire-on bonus.
