Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions through telehealth, employing best practices tailored to address various emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, using therapeutic techniques to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our therapist portal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while optimizing workflow efficiency.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to accurately determine treatment needs and formulate individualized care plans.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques and other evidence-based methods to support clients facing behavioral challenges, enhancing their coping skills and emotional regulation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including adolescents and their families, who are navigating various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and systemic relational issues. Your role will emphasize building rapport with clients, fostering an environment of trust and support that aids in their recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, active licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field, preferably with a focus on individual and group therapy, as well as experience addressing co-occurring disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
