Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices for clients dealing with mental health issues.

• Engage in collaborative consultations with primary care providers to integrate care effectively and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Administer brief therapeutic interventions, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and employing the latest clinical standards as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Utilize a variety of counseling techniques—individual, group, and family therapy—tailoring approaches to meet the diverse needs of patients while fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with established policies, supporting effective patient care and continuity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals with substance abuse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
