Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the individual needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Provide consultation and participate in drafting pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, incorporating behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Complete all necessary clinical documentation timely and accurately, adhering to all regulatory standards.

• Use validated screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to inform decision-making and treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute positive behavior support strategies tailored to client needs.

• Actively engage in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all practices meet established benchmarks.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, service systems, and community partners, fostering open communication to enhance service delivery.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to broaden the agency's reach and secure additional funding opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) from an accredited institution.

• Independent LMHC licensure in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• Strong aptitude for collaboration within an interdisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n
