Mobile Employment Specialist - Trauma-Informed Support

Downtown Women's Center

Downtown Women’s Center seeks a full-time Specialist - Mobile Employment to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive employment services to women and gender diverse individuals who are unhoused or transitioning. The role offers in-home and field-based support across Los Angeles County, with career readiness coaching and employer engagement to place participants in jobs or training. The Specialist will conduct 1:1 job readiness activities, support resume and interview preparation, and track #J-18808-Ljbffr Downtown Women's Center
