You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist visitors and tenants, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, common areas, parking facilities, exterior perimeter, and tenant spaces as assigned. Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to site leadership. Assist with traffic flow, parking guidance, lost-and-found inquiries, customer directions, and other service needs during routine operations and special events. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
