As a valued member of a dynamic educational team, you'll help address both academic and behavioral needs, while ensuring a safe and supportive classroom environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience as a paraprofessional in educational settings, specifically with school-aged children
• Skilled in supporting students with mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Comfortable assisting small children who may require toileting support
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families
• Adaptable approach to working with both individual students and classroom groups
• Strong organizational skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily classroom support under teacher direction to enhance student learning and engagement
• Assist students with behavioral strategies and interventions as needed
• Address students’ basic needs, including toileting for younger children
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to deliver specialized instruction and ensure student well-being
• Track student progress and document observations to aid in academic planning

You'll be working Monday through Friday, up to 37.5 hours weekly, with a set schedule that allows for stability and work-life balance.
