Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health needs and history.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through video conferencing, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities that align with best practices in the field.

• Regularly evaluate client progress towards established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our practice management software.

• Engage actively in professional development activities including supervision, training, and workshops to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapeutic services cater to diverse populations, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. As a part of our dedicated team, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing journeys, utilizing a trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
\n
• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, essential for understanding and supporting clients effectively.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain an efficient workflow.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with evidence-based practices in addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
