Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, or family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.

• Perform clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting them as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to ethical standards and compliance regulations.
\n
• Participate in optional virtual team meetings, consultations, and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and foster team collaboration.
\n
• Uphold professional ethics and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with BBS and HIPAA regulations, ensuring a safe space for client discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be providing psychotherapy to a diverse caseload that includes adults and adolescents. You will be equipped to handle a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics, enabling you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California, in good standing.

• A Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
\n
• Experience with virtual therapy or hybrid treatment settings.
\n
• Ability to work independently while engaged with a supportive remote team.

• Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and employing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and cultural competence in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
