Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and other clinical tools to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and monitor ongoing care strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes while fostering a supportive environment for their families.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers and community services, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
