Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and therapeutic needs.

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds and present with a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Colorado.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a robust knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

• Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, equipped with a culturally sensitive approach.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and able to adapt to new technology as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
