Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify students' emotional and psychological needs.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in schools, including teachers and administrative staff, to devise treatment plans that align with each student's unique goals and cultural background.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in various formats including one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group settings.

• Offer crisis intervention services as needed and maintain close communication with educational staff to ensure uninterrupted care for students experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain careful and accurate clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with both ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to students and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and coping strategies to manage mental health conditions effectively.
\n
• Participate in regular outcome assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and make adjustments based on students’ progress.
\n
• Stay updated with current research, best practices, and innovative methodologies in mental health to continuously enhance your clinical practice.

• Adhere strictly to ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and trust at all times.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom face challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
