Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate both pre-crisis and crisis interventions in collaboration with the clinical team, ensuring that clients have access to effective behavioral guidelines and medication management.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including risk assessments and positive behavior support plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform decision-making and treatment strategies.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating our commitment to quality care.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies and community partners to expand service offerings and enhance client access to necessary resources.
