Lead Infrastructure Engineer (Network Services)

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Senior full-stack network engineering expertise across campus, data center, and WAN environments, including routing and switching, segmentation, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM; ability to lead architecture and design, guide implementation, and own major initiatives end to end.
• Deep knowledge of one or more infrastructure engineering areas, such as hardware, networking, databases, storage, deployment, integration, automation, scaling, resiliency, or performance assessment.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools in infrastructure engineering workflows, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalate uncertainty, and ensure outcomes meet resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.
• Deep expertise in a specific infrastructure technology and scripting languages.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies, including the ability to work across and migrate between public and private clouds.

• Apply technical expertise and structured problem-solving to projects of moderate scope, developing solutions for design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI tools to support infrastructure analysis and design documentation, validating results and handling operational data in line with sensitivity and security requirements.
• Lead a workstream or project involving infrastructure engineering technologies, partnering across platforms to architect and implement changes that resolve issues and modernize technology and organizational processes.
• Assess upstream and downstream data, systems, and technical impacts, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Use reusable, AI-assisted delivery and automation practices to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options, keeping changes traceable and aligned with resiliency and security expectations.
