To support a growing team of real estate professionals, the part-time Licensed Transaction Coordinator will deliver white-glove transaction coordination, manage listing coordination, and utilize Transactly's tech platform for task management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients and provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals Maintain transaction records and updates within PLACE's tech platform, ensuring proactive communication with clients and partners Contribute insights to improve the platform, service model, and team culture while embodying PLACE values Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent Strong working knowledge of residential real estate documents and timelines Willingness to learn contracts and compliance from multiple states Confidence in using digital tools and platforms for task management Proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for service and solutions
