Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Supporting high-producing real estate professionals in the United States, the full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will manage transaction files, review contracts and documents, and track critical deadlines while working on an Eastern Time Zone schedule. Key responsibilities Open and maintain transaction files while ensuring completeness of contracts and supporting documents Track deadlines, contingencies, and closing requirements, providing clear status updates and escalating risks as needed Communicate professionally with agents, lenders, and other transaction parties, while updating transaction systems and completing daily reports Required qualifications At least two years of direct residential real estate transaction coordination experience Experience managing transactions from executed contract through closing Working knowledge of United States residential real estate processes and documentation Ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously Availability to work an assigned Eastern Time Zone schedule with reliable high-speed internet
