Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health histories and current concerns, establishing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring each session promotes healing and empowers clients to achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create an integrated approach that enhances support for each client.

• Educate and engage clients’ families in the therapeutic process, fostering an understanding of mental health dynamics and encouraging active participation in recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring documentation reflects the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington state is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
