Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services directly to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, conducting assessments and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Engage with clients both virtually and in the community, facilitating therapy sessions, support groups, and educational workshops.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with agency guidelines and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention efforts, using your skills to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support as required.

• Conduct client screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based methods to ensure comprehensive care.

• Work continuously to achieve performance goals, focusing on client choice and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
