Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, both in the office and the community, to assess and address symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop, implement, and modify integrated care plans that facilitate access to services, ensuring seamless communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Provide a range of prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to client needs, including crisis intervention when required.

• Carry a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on personalized treatment strategies that empower clients toward recovery.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular assessments and documentation to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and discharge criteria.

• Participate actively in team meetings and committees to enhance service delivery and contribute to continuous quality improvements across the organization.

• Ensure timely completion of required reports and data submissions, maintaining compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

• Carry out on-call duties as assigned, providing support during and after hours when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
