This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while focusing on providing expert care within a hospice environment. Our flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 am - 7 pm, Monday through Friday, are designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Engage with clients through comprehensive interviews, gathering and interpreting critical social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluate emotional and behavioral issues within your scope of practice and provide appropriate treatment interventions.
\n
• Develop and coordinate programs aimed at meeting clients' social and emotional needs, ensuring that services are both effective and compassionate.
\n
• Facilitate cases encompassing cognitive, affective, and behavioral health issues, including but not limited to short-term crisis resolution and community resource referrals.
\n
• Establish a therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, fostering an environment conducive to healing.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Utilize appropriate assessment tools and resources, documenting all findings meticulously according to established protocols.
\n
• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring all case documentation is current and reflective of services rendered.
\n
• Provide clinical counseling services as needed while being willing to take on additional duties as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients facing intricate challenges, including behavioral health issues such as depression, mood disorders, substance dependency, and family dynamics. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in guiding clients and their families through critical life transitions, grief, and loss situations, utilizing empathetic approaches tailored to individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona is essential.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating a robust understanding of mental health practices.
