Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through both in-office and community outreach engagements.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and tailor treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that align with best practices and ensure access to necessary resources, including referrals to external services.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, facilitating immediate support and de-escalating potentially harmful situations.

• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
