We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper who takes pride in keeping financial records accurate and current. If you enjoy solving discrepancies, maintaining clean books, and working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Bookkeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day financial health of the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Record daily financial transactions
• Maintain the general ledger
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Prepare monthly reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close
• Track company expenses and ensure proper coding
• Work closely with our CFO on financial reporting
• Assist with audit preparation and document requests
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues before they become problems
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks (Online)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Experience in service, construction, or field service industries
• Experience processing high transaction volumes
• Familiarity with job costing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
